Short-Term Running Goals: My goal is to continue to enjoy running and maybe get faster a long the way! :) Long-Term Running Goals: Run until I am 100 years old! Personal: I decided to join to hold myself accountable for my training and because I love learning from others running experiences. I just started running a little over a year ago and have a lot to learn. I work fulltime as a Manager of Telecommunications for Intermountain Healthcare and go to school online through Weber State University. | 21 with Janae. First 9 with Josse down from South Fork and then meandering around Provo. Stimulating Boston a bit with a lot of climbs. We climbed this monster hill that I hadn't ever climbed before up to Provo temple. I think I cried 3 times.:) Then ended up in Zoobie land, gallavanted down to center street and then back up to Provo canyon to finish. My feets were on fire so I wimped out at 21/22. My achilles felt GREAT which is awesome. I just can't win between my feet/achilles. The shoes that are better for my achilles are worse for my feet and vice versa. Whatevs. 8:07 pace overall for the run.

| 5.5 with my sister, 9:23 pace. My left shin is sore, I feel like my body is just gradually falling apart. My sister has pregnancy induced asthma and can't breathe. haha it was a lovely run! Really it was, the weather is beautiful.:-)

| 15 miles with Mack & Aubrey, 8:08 pace. I felt like crap, luckily for me Mack and Aub weren't feeling stellar either. We stopped for water a lot and walked the uphills. haha. Something is just not right with my body. I've hit mental walls a lot where I just don't feel like pushing blah blah blah. Whatever I'm going through right now is a complete physical wall...I am literally incapable of moving fast no matter how hard I push.
