12 miles on the treadmill. I have today off of work so I decided to take advantage of the extra gym time. I was also feeling pretty fresh since I took yesterday off of running completely. I did 5x1 mile repeats. The goal was sub-7 pace which is my 10k pace goal.
Fast miles were between 6:54-6:58 and slow miles were 8:00-8:06. I felt really strong which was a great confidence boost. Overall AP was 7:35. |
