Short-Term Running Goals: My goal is to continue to enjoy running and maybe get faster a long the way! :) Long-Term Running Goals: Run until I am 100 years old! Personal: I decided to join to hold myself accountable for my training and because I love learning from others running experiences. I just started running a little over a year ago and have a lot to learn. I work fulltime as a Manager of Telecommunications for Intermountain Healthcare and go to school online through Weber State University. | Early morning treadmill run. 10 miles total in around 70 minutes...just trying to burn off some of the fudge I've been eating! All of this holiday food makes me feel like a flipping rolly polly.
2 mile warmup and then 7 mile AT progression run 6:53, 6:48, 6:44, 6:39, 6:35, 6:31, 6:22, 1 mile cooldown. I felt okay but not great.

| 8 miles with Carina in Highland via murdock canal trail, 8:10 pace. 2nd worst weather I've ran in so far this year....slipping and sliding all over the place but the company was totally worth it! I have no idea how neither of us fell because we were literally running on ice.

| 9 mi on the treadmill in 62:30, 6:56 AP. 1 mile wu, 1 mi fast 6:15, 12 x 1 min on/off at 10.1-10.4 (5:56-5:45 pace), off's at 7.2-7.4, .5 mi easy, 1 mi fast 6:00, .5 mi easy, .5 mi fast 5:56 pace, 1 mi cd. First half of the wo at 1% incline and second half at .5%. Felt good!
